Prepare, organize and manage the content for the appropriate situations for the game and its users the execution plans.
In-game events/activities and promotional campaigns with the execution plans.
Collaborate on product issues and patch delivery with the game developer and colleagues inside the organization.
Summarize the reports and campaign evaluations. And capable of presenting them to the project manager and management in a timely and precise manner.
Monitor, analyze and control the game balance.
Checklist testing and game quality assurance.
Keep up to date on industry trends and upcoming technology to improve game service quality.
Basic IT and Computer skills
Education and Experiences
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Knowledge and Skill & Trining Requirement
Strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and gameplay flow.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Good command of English
Have the ability to think, analyze, evaluate, and create an execution plan. And can be used practically.
Be knowledgeable in new technology, trends and games news for both foreign and domestic markets
Experience in gaming or related industry is preferable.
Have a passion for service and can work under pressure as well as being able to adapt on the fly
Have great computer skills such as Microsoft office, Google Document and other basic programs
